Lining: 96% Cotton 4% Elastane
Wash clothes separately. Use detergent for hand wash or 30 degrees machine wash. Please don't use bleach or fabric softener. Do not squeeze, dry hanging in the shade or tumble dry at low temperature. Do not iron.

Their label for this item is correct - it is extreme compression. Order one size larger than your normal size.
