No recibi lo que pedi, Ya les escribi al instagram y al Whatsapp que tienen anunciado en esta pagina, revisenlo por favor el dia de hoy recibi el paquete y en el interior no venia absolutamente nada de lo que pedi, venian una especie de circuitos de reloj que no se que artefacto sea, por favor denme una solucion o la devolucion de mi dinero, ha sido muy decepcionante mi experiencia de estar esperando el paquete y al abrirlo encontrarme con esas chacharas de reloj que no se para que sirvan

I bought from the site and never received the products; the box I actually received contained temperature circuits instead. Customer service replies via AI, so I’m ultimately losing my money for trusting the site. On top of that, the shipping leaves a lot to be desired; they use a courier service with a very poor reputation in Mexico, and they seem too lazy to even wrap the boxes properly—they barely use any tape. "Free shipping"? You’d be better off offering secure shipping options via reliable carriers like DHL instead of risky ones. I’m still waiting for a resolution to my case, as I never received the products I already paid for.

Compre y Pague por estos productos y No me llegaron, a final de cuentas estoy perdiendo mi dinero, no me ignoren denme una justa solucion, tienen que mejorar la logistica de envio, el envio gratis que ofrecen es riesgoso pues lo mandan por una paqueteria de muy mala reputacion en Mexico que es estafeta, deberian de ofrecer seleccionar DHL aunque no sea gratis, preferimos envios seguros, en mi caso pague por 4 de estos productoslos cuales nunca recibi y al recibir la caja venian unos circuitos de temperatura dentro de la caja, el servicio al cliente responde mediante IA y solo te da largas no resuelven, Diganle a su CEO que le invierta y les compre cinta para que le pongan suficiente cinta al envolver los paquetes, como creen que con una simple vueltita de cinta debil va llegar en optimas condiciones durante todo el trayecto. No me cansare hasta que me den una solucion a esta injusticia , estoy perdiendo mi dinero por algo que ya pague , reembolsenme mi dinero o envienme los productos por los cuales ya pague!!! Que batalla ha sido esto

The medium are a bit too tight and the large are to big. Plus the padding is a pain to put back in

The boxers are really small. I wear an xl in everything else but got a xxl due to the reviews and they are still really tight. The padding in the bum area is really thin and doesn’t help. I was hoping they would help me keep my pants up as I have no bum at all. It was worth a try but they didn’t work.

It fits well and looks good. But I wanted a little bigger bump. Maybe consider offering a “super wh*re” option.

It does exactly as advertised, which is exactly what I wanted.
With that said, I don’t know possibly I should’ve gotten a size smaller, or a different style of brief?
but I’m a medium. After wearing the pads feel like I have to pull them up.

Don’t be fooled, the models in the advertisement already have a bottom to work with. These products will not magically give you the rounder bottom you seek if you have nothing to work with.

Not enough padding. Should have gotten a bigger size

Hated these ! I have others with pads that aren't removable, these with the removable pads, always bunch up ! Terrible product

Unfortunately, the models already have bubble butts, and the amount of padding used does little to "enhance" my relatively flat tuchus. That said, though, they did help me endure a long flight on a paddingless airline seat!

This new underwear is 10X better than before. They must have changed the material because it’s softer, stretchier and overall a lot more comfortable. I LOVE these. Before I tolerated them, but now, I look forward to wearing them.

Their items run large. I received 2xl but needed xl. I tried to return the item for an exchange, but they took so long sending me a return label that the 15 days ran out. I’m very dissatisfied with my purchase and with the whole experience.

this response form is full of bugs. when you type something in, you cant' edit it after you exit the dialogue box.

The additional padding support needs to be higher, plus there is No fly opening

Bought these for my boyfriend who lost a lot of weight from his cancer drugs. It was extremely painful for him to sit on hard surfaces and these padded underwear made sitting comfortable for him. Thank you
